Q. How much will our dues be?
A. Your dues will be 2 times you hourly rate of pay. Example; if you get paid 10.00 an hour your dues will be 20.00 .

Q. How often do I have to pay my dues?
A. Once a month.

Q. What can the Teamsters Union guarantee me?
A.The Union can only guarantee you one thing-- that if you and your co-workers stick together you will have a true collective vioce.

Q. What will be in our contract?
A. That is for you and your co-workers to decide. After you win your election you will elect a negotiating committee of your co-workers, who , with the help of the union staff, will negotiate a contract with your employer.

Q. I'm scared to organize, what if I lose my job?
A. After your bill passes you will have the Leagl Right to organize.  If your employer fires you for union involvement Local 200 will file a charge with the National Labor Relation Board to get you your job back, including back pay.
